The manor has six bedrooms and a dormitory sleeping eight, spread over several floors, with five bathrooms. The rate includes 15 guests; beyond that, up to 20, we agree the arrangement with you in advance.
The shared rooms are built for group life: two sitting rooms, a long table for fifteen, and an open kitchen several people can cook in at once.

Over a full week, the heated pool and the spa make a real difference: children spend the afternoon in the water, adults finish the day in the sauna.
The walled garden means younger children can play without anyone watching the road, and the terrace takes over for meals as soon as the weather allows.
In a village, not in the middle of nowhere
This is what sets the manor apart from most large rentals: bakeries, a grocer, cafés and restaurants are all within walking distance. Someone can fetch the bread in the morning without moving a car.

The Mont-Saint-Michel is around 20 minutes by car, Avranches ten, Saint-Malo and Granville under an hour — close enough to alternate big days out with quiet ones at the house.
